The processing of the submissions will be managed at EDAS and authors will be notified accordingly.

Review Process

The GOCICT technical program committees cover all relevant areas of computer science and information technology. The committees consider only original and previously unpublished papers. Each submission will be reviewed by three experts in the relevant fields. The reviews from the reviewers will be used to decide which papers to accept or reject. All accepted papers will by default appear or be published by Conference Publishing Services (CPS) and made available at the GOCICT website: www.virtualcict.org.

Best Paper Award

A best paper award will be made in each category for work of high quality presented at the GOCICT Conference. The technical committee in conjunction with the organizing/steering committee will decide on the qualifying papers. An award comprises a certificate for each of the authors and an honorarium to be shared among the recipients.

Please Note – Student Edition

GOCICT 2017 also provides students with the opportunity to present and publish their research works in a student section of the Conference Proceedings. All student papers will be reviewed or subjected similarly to the IEEE review standards, and only novel and well-written papers will be accepted after the stipulated review. Like the professionals, students will equally have tracks devoted for their virtual oral presentations. Due to the conference fee differentials, only bona fide student authors will be eligible for the student edition. Students will be required to show evidence of their studentship (Attestation or signed confirmation from the chair/head of his/her department). Best student paper/presentation will be recognized during the conference.
